Rosedew Farm wedding photography – Paul & Rhi

It was from back in 2014 but I am especially excited to share some images from this beautiful wedding at Rosedew Farm. Rhian and Paul had asked me to take some family shots for them a few years earlier and loved them so much that they decided I was the one to take their wedding photographs too! They have a love of the coast and the Glamorgan coastline featured in all their locations, the family shoot being at Ogmore and the wedding at Rosedew Farm, just set back a little from Llantwit Major beach.

The wedding styling was perfect and complimented Rosedew Farm’s barn space. Lots of the props and the creative direction was aided by a good friend of Rhian’s who I have also taken wedding photographs for 2 years previously. Everyone was getting stuck in preparing hay bales for the guests to sit on post ceremony when the band were playing and canapés were served and everything was ready and looking amazing by the time the guests started to arrive. Rosedew Farm is a great location for a wedding with adjoining accommodation in various forms, from cottages, to glamping! The ceremony location is a stunning barn conversion with such a lovely relaxed vibe and amazing windows that let in loads of light. It is a very peaceful location with a place for the kids to play and some fabulous fields to take wedding portraits in! The perfect place for these guys to tie the knot.

Documentary Videography

It was great to work here with Andy and Laura of Eight Wood Studios who make absolutely beautiful wedding films. Check them out, such a fab couple to work with, and with the same documentary approach we complimented each others style.

I am looking forward to working at Rosedew Farm again, and if you are thinking about getting married there, I would love to hear from you. Please drop me an email on chrisfrancisart@ffotos.co.uk, or send a message via my contact form at the bottom of this page.
