Sam and Mark got married in Barry Registry offices last year and had the reception venue held at the local community hall in Wenvoe. I met Sam at their family home in Wenvoe to capture a few getting ready moments before I went to meet Mark where I jumped on the big red London double decker bus with the rest of the wedding party to Barry registry offices. So glad I managed to capture the shot of Sam’s parents waving as the bus goes by. The ceremony was lovely and continued with a ride on the bus around Barry Island for the Londoners to have the Gavin and Stacey Experience!
Having the reception in the local hall was a lovely touch as Sams family have a long history with it and fun and laughs were had all day despite the rain. The people make weddings and this lot were a lovely bunch. Congratulations Sam and Mark. x
