The Gower peninsular is such a fantasic location, rural and coastal, great landscapes and sunset possiblities. I was so excited at the possibilities of Liz and Mark’s wedding at the King Artur Hotel, Reynoldston and although it was in October the weather did not disappoint!
Liz stayed at the Kings Head in Llangennith the night before and I was there super early to be able to capture those important morning preparations with the family. It was such a lovely bright day and there was a buzz in the air as Liz and here bridesmaids got ready for the ceremony. Liz wore a vintage style dress which looked fantastic and the flowers were superb. Such a deep red with litle dimontes in the flowers.
Mark and his groomsmen arrived at the King Artur in a stretch limo and they all looked great in their suits. Mark looked very nervous before the ceremony which was in the banqueting hall, Avalon, that has been purposely built to host functions. The wooden beams are a great feature and the service there is seemless.
After a lovely ceremony the wedding party congrgated around the garden area which has great photo opportunities around the pond and in the grounds of the hotel.
Later on in the evening we decided to make the short trip down to Rhossilli to see if we could get some coastal shots of just the bride and groom as the sun was setting. We just caught the sun dropping out of the sky and you can see for yourselves why I was so excited about this location from the shots! Enjoy…..
