Adan and Nieema chose me for thier St Davids Hotel wedding photography! Sweet I was so pleased I had been wanting to capture a wedding there for ages as it is just on my doorstep. What a wedding too! Adan and Nieema got married in the Bute Town Mosque and celebrated their wedding at the St David’s Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay.
Nieema got ready at the St David’s Hotel and Spa in the same room as Madonna had once stayed in! The views of Cardiff Bay and the barrage are amazing from there and it was an fantastic day with a very clear view. Nieema made her own dress which was amazing and just as I was taking pictures of the dress her niece’s ran in an gave their grandpa a massive hug which I was very pleased to have captured.
Getting married in the Bute town Mosque unfortunately no pictures are allowed inside, and as the bride and groom do not even see each other inside the mosque or exchange rings, the happy couple decided to do this in front of their friends and family before the wedding breakfast at the St David’s Hotel and and Spa in Cardiff Bay.
Adan and Nieema had chosen a gold theme to their wedding at the St David’s Hotel and Spa and it looked fantastic, especially with the backdrop of Cardiff bay with the wonderful panoramic windows in the room. They had a fantastic DJ. DJ Monique B, who has been featured on BBC One Extra and plays some great hip hop and RnB. There were some great shots during the reception and these guys know how to party.
